1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember you between pages and visits. Similar technologies (local storage, SDK identifiers in our mobile apps) are covered by this policy too.

2. Essential cookies

These make the platform work and are always on:

gs_session — keeps you signed in during a visit (expires when the session ends);
gs_remember — optional “keep me signed in” token (30 days);
gs_csrf — protects forms against cross-site request forgery;
gs_prefs — remembers preferences like timezone and cookie choices (12 months).

3. Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use privacy-focused, first-party analytics to understand which features are used and where people get stuck. Analytics identifiers are not shared with advertisers and do not follow you across other sites. Declining them does not change how the platform works.

4. No advertising cookies

Get Shifts sets no third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies, anywhere — on the marketing site, the platform or the apps.

5. Managing cookies

You can change your analytics choice at any time from the cookie banner or your account's privacy settings, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and may break parts of the platform.

6. Changes

If we add or change cookies, we'll update this page and, where the change needs consent, ask for it before setting anything new.
